To get quick quote of your products, please send us mechanical drawings by e-mail or fax, or real samples by express shipping. All related requirements have to be clearly listed, including material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, color, required lead time, etc. A wide scope of 2D and 3D file formats are supported, such as DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, X_T, STL, DOC, PDF, JPG.

Customer's intellectual property will be fully respected by our factory. Without the written permission of clients, we will never disclose any drawing and other relating information to other third parties. 

When client's technical drawings or physical samples arrive, we will immediately start to study them and prepare a formal quotation in the coming 48 hours. The detailed quotation sheet should include all information, counting involved processes, material model, production time of every procedure, surface finish, payment terms, total manufacturing time, total costs.

Once quotes are approved and orders are confirmed by clients, we will instantly begin to prepare raw materials, jigs and tools, quality control sheet, process documents, etc. Order status will be updated everyday to clients through e-mail or telephone call.
